I have something on my mind that I am concerned about, and it may take a few days before my mind an be relieved. So I fret about it, but down deep I know things will turn out to my liking, but I’m only human so I worry a little. And I know worry is not good for your immune system, it stresses it, same as fear does. So. I have come to realize that my guides are setting up little messages to try to tell me something. Like stop worrying. Here is the first one that I realize. I belong to a singing group, and they changed their way of sending up the song material. Well, I could not open the link (I thought I was suppose to use that was in the email.) I tried everything, I fretted about for a day and a half, and then I was informed, that I just did not page down to the bottom of the mail and the list of song and songs were right there. So I then realized that I worried and fretted for a day and a half for nothing. I knew right away it was a message from my guides.. “worry and fear does nothing, in fact it can harm your immune system? “ So I know I’m going to be good. The second message I got was about using our consciousness.

And grow new stem cells.. by using your mind.. yes we are in control and united with the universe. But, what do we have to lose.. nothing.. only some time sitting and meditating.. And I have heart that walking in nature can be a form of mediation, also playing music. Clear your mind, be in the moment, and think love and peace and feel it in your heart.. I also thank my guides, I find throughout the day, for the wonderful things that I have in my life, my safety, perfect health, wealthy, wisdom, my mediumship, and psychic capabilities. Being able to love and feel love. I am a psychic empath.. you can meditate on that for yourself too. It just helps you read people better. And communicate with animals. I even greet wildlife on my walks. Hey, animals have souls and consciousness. On yes. There are some mediums who telepathically converse with animals. Its amazing. And to think how horrible human men were to animals breaking and hashing triaging to train them.. They broke their spirit.. now that to be is a mortal sin.. and that is what mass-formation, brainwashing, in other words, is doing not only to our country, but the world all in the form of a virus, remember its not the virus, its the jab, that will do many in in the next six years they predict.. on yes, fifth column warfare.. the people have no clue.. its all towards the reptilian human hybrids evil , they are not human.. for they have no empath, no heart, no soul, no kindness. They want us measly humans, we are like pasty gnats to them, off the face of the earth.. so they all can come to the surface in their true reptilian form.
