Its a rainy day where I am, and rain is predicted all day. So I am editing and writing. And listening toe Global chill Radio on Pandora on my Bose. Just did my sit-up and push-ups and Firm stool step ups.. which I will repeat all this afternoon. You know, your body is the age that your mind thinks it is. In other words, its all in your head! My dad used to say that to my mother when she complained of not feeling well. When I heard “its’ all in your head,” I knew to run for cover.
