Learning to love yourself is very important for overall good health, physical and mental. Feeling depressed, then get out in the sunshine and go for a walk. Moving oxygen through your body’s circulation will brighten your mood. He or she doesn’t love you. Really, can you really count on anyone else? Count of yourself and your guides not other humans. Nothing is guaranteed, certainly the feeling of being loved is not guaranteed. That is why above all else it is important to love yourself.. for your own physical and mental health. being alone, sit quietly, close your eyes, then tell yourself, “I love you”. You will feel it throughout your body. Never turn against yourself.
