Then on Coast to Coast I listened to George Noory’s interview with Ellen Kohn’s book “Be Like the Wind,” where three horses tell their own stories in the first person. Three amazing stories of owner rider telepathically communicating with her horses. Horses reveal what they felt about their “careers” of show horse or race horse, and the experiences of a wild Mustang. An amazing tear shedding read. And then I listened to Barbara Lamb and Sheila Seppi speak of their book, “Cosmic Convergence”. A amazing story of soul switching. Sheila’ soul took over an ill woman’s body. Immediately, she loved the woman’s kids.. and the story goes on from there. It makes me realize that the veil is thin and as we are in the fifth dimension of the feminine rule age of Aquarius, things will be changing for the better for the ladies. I learned to put my mind in neutral when I wanted to swing dance. And I wanted to be good and able to follow my lead partner, so I merely put my mind in neutral. In other words, I did not analyze, second guess, or guess how he may lead me next. Well, that practice of neutrality, allows me to channel passed loved ones messages and than deliver them to the sitter (client).

Learning to love yourself is very important for overall good health, physical and mental. Feeling depressed, then get out in the sunshine and go for a walk.
