Be grateful, take note of those magical moments that occur throughout the day there thank your guides etc., Expressing gratitude is very important as it forces you to draw your attention to those special moments that were experienced throughout the day.

Special moments like hitting all green traffic lights on your way to work or whatever. Or dropping something ( that 2×2 plastic piece that gets screwed into the microphone stand ) on your walk home from the neighbors down the street, late in the evening, only to retrace your foot steps the next day in mid-afternoon to magically find it laying right there in the middle of the side walk.. magical that no walkers picked it up, or kicked it to the side in the grass where I would not have seen it, or lawn crew would have crushed it And having them play with me by moon objects when i am not looking. Like I know I moved that jar o apricot jam from the bottom shelf to the top shelf in my refrigerator, only to find a few minutes later when I opened the refrigerator that the jar was back on the bottom shelf. And I clearly felt, “they” moved it, not me. I have the best guides. In the storage shel at my rental in Sedona, there were two planks of flooring 4×40” on a top shelf, that I could not reach. The storage shed stays locked at all times. One day when I went to get my bike out to go for a ride, I unlock the storage shed door, open it , to see one of those flooring boards politely laying across my bike handle bars and seat. There was no way that board could have flipped and fallen from that top shelf onto my bike bypassing boxes sitting on top of an old discarded washing machine in that shed. So, I know that my guides moved that flooring board to my bike. I just had to laugh. So look for signs from your guides too. Besides of putting ideas into your head, they like to do physical magical stunts too. So enjoy. Remember we are all connected. So people talk to their plants, I talk to my guides. by the way my house plants are striving and growing like crazy.

Sometimes I find myself running in circles thinking of doing last minute things before leaving the house. It’s frustrating. But, now I have come to the conclusion that I do that because my guides are stalling me for a reason. Like for example, to come across someone that they want me to see, like avoiding an accident, or a near miss by a reckless driver. I have come to realize that it is better if I just keep my mind in neutral and allow them to lead, that I know pure magical and wonderful things will happen, I just need to let them happen in their own time. Like that person I had grown to love and now miss, will reappear again into my life, all she need do is contact me. Remember how we used to talk, back in the beginning, when you visited back east. I miss you. I know you felt the same way… then something changed. We fix together so easily. I was totally zeroed in to your every word… I get that meaning now of “you were my world,” that I have often heard people say about someone important in their lives.

Journaling is good to do, as I am doing now, you could say. As I believe words come up that you should hear yourself say in your head. Such as being grateful and then looking for more magical moments. My guides are wonderful at helping remember names, places where I put things. Which reminds me, still can’t find that extra set of storage keys.. it was one of those moments where I put them in a safe place: “Now remember I am putting them right here.” I remember saying that, and I think I remember as I was putting them into a side zipper of a rather small over the shoulder travel bag. Ready or not, we humans are lifted in the fifth dimension now. We need to know that spiritually we humans are all connected, mind to mind and we can meditate and change things, like ridding planet Earth of the evil that lurks in high places, slowly, clandestinely stripping our rights and good healthy organic foods and supplements. I have read that Monsanto wishes to end all organic production. And that my dear friends would mean the end of the human race. For, we are all natural as nature and made up of organic vitamins and minerals and good organic protein. As I have observed, stores are loaded with genetically modified organisms (GMO) which happens to be non-nutritional and toxic to the human body. The AMA works with big drug and chemical to medicate patients with pills and injections that are chemical, certainly not organic vitamins and minerals, which they are working on taking off the markets by buying up supplement companies and altering them, shutting them down, or making it necessary to get a prescription from your doctor before being allowed to get them, and I protect they will not be nutritional but altered un-natural and chemical which will lead to total human population demise as we need the sun, vitamins and minerals and organic proteins to survive. Humans are as all of nature that surrounds us. As it is our GMO get an extra chemical spray right before harvesting and I am sure gets on surrounding organic fields and gardens. I believe it is fair to say that we are living in dire straits times. I believe evil forces have taken over. I believe those evil forces made up of the cabal of evil reptilian humanoid hybrids. They are evil because they have no honor, integrity, conscious, no heart, no soul. When the male reptiles stole human DNA to creat reptilian humanoid hybrids as to blend in with the human population they did not get the human loving heart, soul or consciousness.. I believe the reptiles seriously wish to gain a mind as human have as humans are spiritual beings. We are spiritual beings before we incarnated on planet Earth, and after our bodies die, our spiritual beings remain. In other words we can’t be killed and we can haunt and taunt so if I were a evil reptilian humanoid hybrid that scratched and clawed my way to the top of the political and corporate heap, I would be a little afraid of retaliation by a spiritual being, that is, after they have kill us off. I see their illuminati plan as the following: They wish to depopulate so in the mid 1970’s about the time Monsanto came out with Roundup, they came out with GMO crops. GMO wrecks the human immune system, so people begin to feel bad and then go to a allopathic for profit AMA doctor. The doctor more than likely will prescribe a pill, or pills. The pills will be toxic to the human system, and cause side affects possibly. The patient than goes back to the allopathic drug company pill and jab pusher, doctor who more than likely will prescribe another pill to cover up the side effects of the first pill, and the trend goes on. Has your doctor ever asked lately within the last several years what you get, and/or do you take supplements. I’m sure they will never ask if you eat organic. To the AMA medical its their way or the highway; meaning, they wish to take all other means out of business. There way appears to me to be obvious, as a means to a slow unsuspecting drug death, as the body had deteriorated over time and considered a natural death. As we Americans have been brainwashed to get sick as we get older. Mind control, subliminal mind control a little like MKultra. Read: “Trance-formation of America” by Cathy O’Brien and Mark Phillips. I would suggest writing your congressman but I truly believe they are all in on it as corporate heads sit on the FDA and Food and Drug Administration I am sure that big drug and chemical have designed for themselves. Think about it. They have drummed up business- genius and evil and above the law. We need to use up and not participate. That that hand full of pills to a natural healer or holistic doctor to help you wean off of them. Do not stop abruptly that can be very dangerous.. Besides a holistic or natural healing doctor can monitor your systems as he ear she works with you. And please be careful when buying supplements so you don’t inadvertently is the big drug and chemical toxic ones, and don’t buy GMO only organic. Today I would like to speak about loving yourself, healing yourself. First of all it is important to thank your passed loved ones and guides, archangels, perhaps the Pleiadians , for looking out over you every day. So thank them everyday. Very first of all, get to know your guides. Meditate to begin to feel their presence. Those sudden ideas and thoughts that just pop in your head, may be them, trying to give you a message. Have a sudden thought? In a nano second, determine if its “okay” to say that thought out loud to someone, then say it. For example, I am very connected with the other side. Someone holding their cat every morning while they make breakfast, I wanted to say the cat says, “give me some of those bacon and eggs,,” But I had a sudden “message” to say Cheerios, in stead. And yes Cheerios was the correct answer, as he say, yes that is what we eat every morning, Cheerios. See, my guide put that word, “cheerios” in my head at the last second, I took a nano second to evaluate, and went with the word Cheerios.. Get it? See how that works now?

So use your natural giving talents, to aid you. And the Pleiadians are always ready to help. If i can’t think of a word or a name, I give my “guides” or the Pleiadians a second, then the name or word I am looking forward pops in my mind, and it feels different than one of my own thoughts. You’ll get the hang of it – just learn to be more conscious of the process. I have wonderful guides, wonderful. They sent me on gifted adventures across the country. They have led me to learn various things along the way that later on looking back I see the pattern of their ways to my journey of helping protect me as they lead me to my love subject.. yes relationships form when and where I am to help a person. And I am most grateful. For example, my guide, Rosie, said, “You are the medium, I will bring them forward to you.” And she did. Two years later I was renting a space in another state, in order to live across the street from the “subject”. The intended message receiver. It was magical, I fell in love with her. That, I came to believe was me feeling his love for her – her past cousin whom died as a teenager. He was sent to me by my guide Rosie. He is still with me. The mission lasted for over two years. There was one time at the beginning that I was with her, I was driving. I realized that I felt masculine.. I think Steve was sharing himself . I felt very protective of her. After a moment that feeling went away; maybe Steve could not hold that feeling via me for very long. The experience was amazing. The times I spent with her felt mystical and magical. It was delightful and I still feel that love for her, even though there is distance between us….. I love her and wish her the best and hope one day she pulls up to my door in a Miata and she says, “want to go on a road trip,” For more magical moments….with Steve along too. Dreams can come true. .

On loving yourself.. just know only you can heal you, via a healthy immune system. Help is waiting so get to know your guides, archangels. Perhaps you are from the Pleiades. Get TimePassage Pro (the app) type in all of your birth day information: name, date, time, place of birth.. then look at your birth chart. If you have any asteroid, sun, moon, planet, south or north node of the moon in Taurus (just any one day will do) then you are a star seed from the Pleiades. I am one too. I only have the moon’s North Node in Taurus.. and they have told me that I am from Alcyone, the brightest star of the Pleiades. I think they watch out and protect me. I am most grateful and take nothing for granted. I have been on missions all of my life to befriend and be there for people. Too much to enter here. I am writing a book of my journeys.. So a couple of days ago I texted my friend and told her that I would call her the next day. The next day comes. Our time difference is two hours so I keep that in mind. My 10:00am is her noon. I now she doesn’t get up and get started very early, so I wait. I though I would call her about 11:00am my time and 1:00pm her time. Its getting close to the time, but think I’ll vacuum first, then I thought of something else to do, then I thought I would eat something first. I had all this stuff going on in my head, I kept seeing things to do. Finally, I feel the time is right, I guess, instinctively.. so I call her cell. She answers immediately. “I just got in my car after getting my hair cut,” she said. So my timing was perfect! Here’s the kicker, my guides or her and my guides were in so many ways timing us.. . Giving me ideas of things to do, so I won’t call yet. I love the way my guides do that. It could be Rosie, Emma, Steve, the Pleiadians, the archangels.. don’t know who, so I thank them all. SO what I have learned is to not get upset when I feel that I am running in circles and can’t get out the door, so to speak. Now, I except that there is a reason, that I kept thinking of different things to do… my guides were setting the pace so the timing would be right. See how they can “arrange” things.. so I have learned to go with it, to go with the running in circles. Now I realize there is a reason why my guides don’t want me to do something just yet… its all about timing. Same things happen when they want me to run into a friend or neighbor by chance. So, I guess nothing is truly by chance.

So pay attention to the little things. Every morning, ask that the day be magical, so suggest Joe Dispanza. He has written several books on the subject of consciousness and subconsciousness. When you ask that the day be magical, at the end of the day, think back. Did something magical and special happen, like my perfect timing to call my friend. We had that conversation then about our spirit guides guiding us by our thoughts.. they put those thoughts and ideas in our heads. .. to aid us. I always have thoughts pop into my head, that I know that I did not think of them myself..So pay attention.. to those things.. in time it will all click and you will easily notice the difference between your thoughts and ideas and words that come directly from your guides, star beings from where you are from, are the archangels. think about it.

Now more than ever we need to learn about our guides, archangels, star beings from where we are from, as we are all from other planets.. Trust me, I am a medium and they work with me all the time, my guides do. They bring people my way. Timing is everything and they can arrange meetings. It can be a hit, or a message. Like when I was walking with my friend one day around a condo complex that I was staying in a rental.. She said, “there is where you want to live,” It was on the golf course. And when my lease was up at the first location, guess what.. one on the golf course, very desirable, became available.. and it was a better deal.. When I got the next place, I thought back to what my friend had said in passing – “there is where you want to live.” I remembered that when she said that,, something magical happened and for a moment I did feel that I would end up in that area, on the golf course. See how spirit works in mysterious ways, and even uses other people to give you their messages like my friend said.. and at that moment.. it felt so right and that maybe it was even possible.

At that time too, my guide Rosie came through with a floating “yes” answer to my question.. should I rent the next place that comes available? And the timing was perfect, t was exactly one month before my lease was up at the present place I was renting. Magical!. It had me feel that I was actually meant to bee where I was..

Number one, finding thee first place I rented was magical also, as I found a ukulele group that met every week right down the street and talk about magical, I had brought my ukulele with me… from there I learned about open mic events.. and pushed my introverted self up into the limelight.. it took a while to get used to eyes on me was I sang and played my ukulele. Still does, but I am becoming more confident and therefore less nervous. But through the experience I realized open mic is one place where both men and women are equally nervous.. so puts us on an even playing field… we are indeed all created equal down deep

So keep your archangels, guides in mind at all times. Watch for those magical moments and connect the dots.. believe it or not they are working with you and for you. Love yourself and be kind to yourself.. be your own team. Only you can heal you. To make a long story short, I am a medium. My guides and Pleiadians have me on a mission. Oh yes, they can have you travel, even move to another location. They can find cheap housing for you. But they can’t help you from falling in love with the subject. Well, the subject has moved on and my heart hurts because I miss her energy. I will always love her and wish her the best. I know I feel this way because my guides and her cousin had me on this mission. I would take care of her, as the mission never seems to end. Well, in time I am sure. But, this one, this mission, ran deep, very deep. There was a soul to soul connection and now she has moved on. I”m sure she would be in both ;places if possible. In time my heart will heal.

In the dealer showroom I did find a panty new totally electric Toyota sorta of an SUV style, huge wheels – how can that be efficient.. but I guess the larger the better for tire wear? Anyway, the sticker pice was $52k.. at least all you will need than is new tires I guess, Do Tesla power charging sites share with other brands of electric cars? I heard and seen that more and more Love’s service stations are getting recharging stations.

So where is this economy going. I came to the Toyota dealer for an oil change and new tires.. I wish to thank my wonderful guides.. they are marvelous and magical.. So the other eventing leaving an open mic I hit a light post as I was backing out of my parking space.. I heard the horrible sound of a crush. Damn I thought. I felt horrible because I love my car.. it doesn’t not deserve to be mistreated.. as it is the best car ever. I take care of it, it takes care of me as I drive across country. So doing this to my car made me feel horrible. By the light of a street light, I saw what I had done, when I got out of my car once I arrived at home. Damn, the driver side rear quarter panel.. that piece from the top of the taillight to the wheel well was separated out a bit.. and there was a cuff on the white paint near the tail light.. so glad the tail light was okay.

I was so aggravated with myself for being careless and damaging my precious car. Thoughts of where to repair, the amount it would cost, insurance premiums increase all ran through my head.. but mostly just mad at myself.. but very grateful it did not involved damage to the pole or another driver.. So, I fretted and knew that I would not be able to sleep that night. I even asked my guides to erase those careless, reckless, moments, as if they did not happen,, thus no damage, right?

Then I remembered that I left my coat in the car and thought I would go down to the car and get it out. I only have street parking. By the light of the street light, I could see the pulled away quarter panel. It was pulled away only about a an eighth or a quarter inch. I decided to place both spread out hands on that quarter panel and move it up and together.. My heart sang, as the piece snapped back into place. yes, totally snapped back into place. My heart sang. It was like new again. I knew I could use a little matching touch up paint to first sand a little to smooth and then that scuff, which I did the next day..

Seems I have this relationship with the moon.. in all its fazes.. it will literally wake me up at night, to go to the bathroom, but then has me wander towards the kitchen, by way of walking over to the patio door and looking out at the night sky, my condo happened to be on the second floor facing the SouthWest.. there I see the first quarter moon, nearing my gutter line.. a few minutes later I would have missed it.. See how it draws me to the window.. I was heading to the kitchen.
